Order Informations

Please call or email us first to make sure the items are still in stock before you order. Almost items are in stock in CA, but some of them are in Japan, so we will be able to tell you when they can be shipped when you specify the items. If you e-mail or fax us, please include the item number and a brief description of the item.

We accept Visa, Master, and American Express. Also, you can make payment with check or money order. Personal checks and Business checks will require 5 to 7 business days for the check to clear before the order will be processed and shipped.

For all orders, we need the complete name and address including zip code where the order is to be shipped. When paying by credit card, we need the name and complete address of the purchaser and the credit card holder, if different from where the order is being shipped. Please also provide a daytime phone number and an e-mail address. Items are shipped via UPS, which does not deliver to Post Office boxes. In all cases, if the delivery address is different from the purchaser address, please be sure to include both.
